Product Details:

(1) AUTOMATIC RINSER:

§  The machine will have 10 Rinsing Nozzles.

§  The bottles from the Air conveyor will be taken by the star wheels and gripped by the in feed Neck Guide Plate .On Rotation the in feed Neck Guide Plate will deliver these bottles to the Rinsing Gripping Fingers.

§  The gripping fingers will hold the bottles by neck and necessary guide bars will invert the bottle upside down by 180 degree.

§  The duly inverted bottles will receive water from the rinsing nozzles on rear of the machine. The rinsing will operate from 90 to 270 degree rotation of the rinsing machine. Zero degree position is in front of the operator.

§  In 180 degree rotation the washing cycles will be stopped and bottles will be re- inverted and delivered through Out feed Neck Guide Plate to the filling Unit

 (2) AUTOMATIC FILLER:

§  The Filling tank will have 10 Nos filling Valves.

§  The Bottles from the Rinse Out feed Neck plate is transferred to the Neck holding lift cylinders for lifting the bottles to the filling valves. When bottle gets sealed with filling valve, the filling valve opens and filling starts.

§  Filling tank will have Counter Pressure filling Valves, Liquid Float Assembly to control level of Product in the Tank.

Operation:

• Containers moving on SS Slat conveyor, feed below the filling nozzles through a settable twin pneumatically operated stopper system. The twin pneumatically operated stopper system and reciprocating nozzles can precisely match for centering of container below nozzles, to avoid spillage of liquid on container.
• To minimize foaming adjustable nozzle will reciprocate according to filling dose, nozzle will go upwards slowly from bottom level of bottle towards neck during filling. The dosing block with a hexagonal bolt fitted below syringes. This means fill size can be easily set.
